Hi, My name is Mike Delderfield. I am a photographer and rockclimber based in Rossendale, Lancashire, England.
My photography reflects my interests and passions namely rock climbing, wildlife, landscapes and the natural environment. Wildlife photography and highlighting the beauty and diversity within the local environment is a focus for me. I genuinely believe you do not need to travel far to get great photos and for me developing an intimate knowledge of the local environment and finding those unique not well trodden locations is a real joy of staying local!
I don't have a particular photographic style preferring to produce an image depending on the situation or the thoughts/emotions that I am trying to tap into.
